This is a good quality scan of the Operation & Maintenance (Service) Manual for the PAL version of this high-band broadcast umatic, BVU-800P
All schematics and lineup procedures appear to be included in this one manual AFAICT.
The file size is just over 113 MB which gives an idea of the quality and number of pages.
All of the schematics, which contain some fairly small print, are easily readable when you zoom into the page.

7.1.2 TROUBLE SHOOTING
â¢ No Power ON â¢ FL is not turned ON â¢ FL indication is unusual
â¢ Blow out fuse of the primary side â¢ Blow out micro-fuse on the POWER SUPPLY Assy. (Check the each voltage.) (P611, P211, R711) â¢ FL controller IC (IC101) on the FLKY Assy is damaged.
Turn on the power again after 2 - 3 minutes. â¢ Check the following connections : POWER SUPPLY Assy - DVDM Assy DVDM Assy - FLKY Assy FLKY Assy - PWSB Assy â¢ Check each voltage (EV+5V, SW+5V, SW+3.3V, +6V and +12V) (If above voltage are not supplied, check the micro-fuse.)
Is FL turn on ? Yes
Is the indication of FL normal ? Yes
No FL indication is dark or flickers.
â¢ Short or open the zenner diode on the POWER SUPPLY Assy. (D513) â¢ Check the values of R118 - R120 on the FLKY Assy.
Indicates the error message
Refer to the section "7.1.3 ERROR CODE".
â¢ Blow out micro-fuse on the POWER SUPPLY Assy. (R711)
Is tray open ? Yes
â¢ Check the connection between LOSB Assy and DVDM Assy. (12P flexible cable) â¢ Check the +6V power supply voltage (above micro fuse).
Do the video and sound come on ? Yes
Check the connection between JCKB Assy and DVDM Assy. A video isn't displayed. Check the connection between VQEB Assy and DVDM Assy. Refer to the section "7.1.3 ERROR CODE".
Indicate the error message.
